The polyclinic is located within a neighbourhood heartland community, well-integrated within the residential neighbourhood with seamless accessibility. Our proposal enhances pedestrian connectivity by integrating with the Tampines Care Home and enhancing pedestrian reach to the neighbourhood centre. A lighted staircase core also serves as a beacon of light at night, energizing the corner condition. A landscaped atrium is inserted in the core of the building to create vertical connection within a complex system of medical functions, ranging from acute management to children’s health.
