This elegant and well-articulated residential block, demonstrating an interplay of architectural elements that creates an assemblage of solids, space, structure and skin. The distinctive façade is composed of generous bay windows and full-height windows in alternating sequence and depth of projection.
The use of different qualities of material – transparent, translucent, reflective and solid- gives it an ever-changing façade that responds to the lighting condition of both external and internal of the individual apartment units. Glass balconies with feature elements of natural / elegant stone, as well as timber-coloured tone alum fins are articulated at random which complements the sophisticated backdrop of reflective glass.
