The building footprint is articulated and planned to maximize the potential of the surrounding views – the panoramic view of the vast sea and the inspiring view of the city. The 2 main towers lifted from the ground, connecting the open basement via series of columns like random tree trunks.

The sleek curvilinear facade design is a seamless continuity that relates to the ground, like water cascading from the building facade, eventually merging with fluid landscape below. The full height glazing enhances views to the external and allows the sea breeze and natural light to interact with the internal spaces. The gradual curved balconies parallel to the main building facade edge extends the living spaces, providing further shade for the living spaces below.

The distinctive façade is composed of generous bay windows and full-height windows in alternating sequence and depth of projection.

The use of different qualities of material – transparent, translucent, reflective and solid- gives it an ever-changing façade that responds to the lighting condition of both external and internal of the individual apartment units. Glass balconies with feature elements of natural / elegant stone, as well as timber-coloured tone alum fins are articulated at random which complements the sophisticated backdrop of reflective glass.

The 46 units condominium development is conceptualised as three slender towers linked by bridges to the service core.

Solid curved walls establish a dynamic inner relationship between the towers while an outer transparent wall of glass opens the apartments to the panaroma of the surrounding cityscape.

The focus of each apartment is the dramatically cantilevered circular living space that appears to challenge one’s perception of inner and exterior. Shading devices on the fracade filters light penetration into the apartments and give the towers an added dimension of interest.
