Rita Soh
Managing Director of RDC Architects Pte Ltd., Rita Soh has been involved in many feasibility studies, competition proposals, design and detailing of residential, resort and commercial projects, both local and overseas, and project management. She is also the Director in charge of IT (office automation) planning and implementation in the office. In 1992, Rita Soh as Quality Assurance Manager, was instrumental in helping the firm to be the first Architectural Practice to attain ISO 9001 Certification in Singapore.

Mohan Shanmugam
Director of RDC Architects Pte Ltd., Mohan Shanmugam has been involved in the design and implementation of industrial and commercial developments in Singapore. He has designed, co-ordinated and completed large conventional warehouses, ASRS Districentres and logistic centres. He has also taken the role of Project Architect in the various types of industrial developments and residential developments from design stage to building occupation. Mr Mohan is also involved in the site co-ordination and supervision of all the projects.

Loh Ju-Hon
Director of RDC Architects Pte Ltd., Loh Ju-Hon has been involved in many feasibility studies, competition proposals, design and detailing of residential, commercial, industrial and institutional projects, both local and overseas, and project management. He is also active in supporting the industry-wide BIM initiative and has led the office in BIM implementation programmes and BIM competitions. He is the current chair of the BIM Interest Group of the Resource and Technology Committee of the Singapore Institute of Architects.

Fu Su Mei
Associate Director of RDC Architects Pte Ltd., Su Mei is a highly experienced and accomplished project architect, with rich and varied experience in projects of differing scales and typologies such as Commercial, Residential, Institutional and Industrial typologies. She has personally managed more than 10 completed building projects and designed many more. Her core skills are in team management, client servicing and regulatory compliance.

Ho Ai Ling
Associate Director of RDC Architects Pte Ltd., Ai Ling graduated with a Master in Architecture from the National University of Singapore and has since acquired a wealth of experience in the various aspects of Architecture. With a keen interest in environmental issues, she was also among the pioneering batch of MSc Sustainable Building Design from the University of Nottingham UK under the BCA Academy initiative. Ai Ling has a variety of projects under her belt, ranging from design and detailing of good class bungalows and private residential to institutional and commercial projects. With projects carried out both locally and overseas.

Francis Chung Chee Lun
Associate Director of RDC Architects Pte Ltd., Francis Chung has been with RDC since its inception, and has played an important role in numerous projects as the key technical personnel in charge. His strength is in authorities’ liaisons and compliances, and having been in the industry for more than thirty years, his rich experience lends a critical advantage to the team. Francis is well-versed in building construction technologies and project management, and an asset to have during the construction phase. He also has a wealth of technical knowledge, which he shares readily.
